Prize Draw Rules for "Analysing the Impact of AI in Your Industry" Survey

1) The prize draw is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2) The prize draw is not open to employees of Mesh-AI, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw.

3) To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the "Analysing the Impact of AI in Your Industry" survey and provide their name and email address when prompted in the survey.

4) Only one entry per person is permitted. Mesh-AI reserves the right to disqualify any entries that breach this rule.

5) The prize for the draw is a £250 Amazon voucher, which will be sent to the winner's email address.

6) The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by Mesh-AI in Q3/Q4 2024, and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.

7) If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, Mesh-AI reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8) The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

9) Mesh-AI reserves the right to amend these rules at any time or to cancel the prize draw without notice.

10) By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by Mesh-AI's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the prize draw.
